* The HAFC not legal for
sale in California on any pollution controlled
motor vehicles. CARB will not test our process
for approval, even though it is far cleaner and
more efficient, because it needs an additional
electronic control to regulate our process of
fully burning fuel that is not original
equipment. In short, maintaining the original
electronics, that is designed to defeat our
ability to more fully burn the fuel, is more
important than less pollution.
